About the Project
An Engaging Digital Solution for Hong's Dine-in Take away experience which reduces customer frustrations, anxiety, inconvenience and increase satisfaction through flexible user experience.
The ability to customise, scedule, monitor and track their food order has reduced the stress associated with group Dine in's, particularly in busy and and around unfamiliar enviornments.
The primary objective of the Dine in Take away (DITA) project was to reinvent the current Dine-in and Take-away experience by identifying problems in service design and integrate technology to ensure a modern, more interactive & inclusive environment in restaurants, hence improving the dine-in experience at Hongs with multiple design solution modules.
The development of the DITA functionality has had a significant impact on the Dine in experience for users, offering enhanced Ordering experience, convenience, and peace of mind. The ability to customise, scedule, monitor and track their food order has reduced the stress associated with group Dine in's, particularly in busy and and around unfamiliar enviornments.

Key Results
Reduced group ordering and service errors. Projected 200% increase in conversion rates of Takeaway walk-ins to happy Dine in. A 70% rise in Net Promoter Score (NPS), indicating improved customer satisfaction. Adaptation across other franchises, including Domino’s, Dunkin’s and the New Popeyes app.
